在今天科技如此发达的社会中,所有的人都不可避免有着各种各样的小毛病,比如脖子、背部酸痛,以及膝盖部位疼痛。唯一的解决办法是我们在的日常生活中要加强锻炼,只有这样我们才能健康自由的生活,避免疾病和药物的侵扰。练习瑜伽或强化伸展运动可以改善颈部、背部和膝盖的慢性疼痛,减少疼痛药物的治疗。由于拉伸和加强肌肉,瑜伽对缓解背部功能及症状上都有很大程度上的作用。做瑜伽,培养身体和肌肉的灵活性,掌握力量之间的平衡。疼痛的真正罪魁祸首在背部和颈部的疼痛,大多人也反应在脊椎,臀部和肩膀是疼痛的主要部位。例如,像瑜伽这样的系统,它能释放肌肉的紧张,能改善背部疼痛。瑜伽作为一个完整的体系,其发展主题和意识意味着我们身体的每个部位都会互相影响(脚、膝盖、臀部、脊椎、脊柱、肩部、头部)。如果你这方面的疑问,可以过来咨询我们的老师,他会帮你一起解决你们的问题。
 
 
 
 
In today’s world of technology, where all of us are hooked to one gadget or the other, symptomatic pains like neck, back and knee pain are unavoidable. The only solution to this is incorporate exercising in our daily life to avoid medication and lead a healthy and stress free life.
Practicing yoga or intensive stretching may improve chronic pains generally in the neck, back and knees and reduce the need for pain medications. yoga's benefits on back function and symptoms were largely physical, due to the stretching and strengthening of muscles." Doing yoga cultivates a balance between theflexibility and strength of the muscles of the body, often the real culprit in back and neck pain. Most people are tight in key areas affecting the spine - in the hips and shoulders, for example. A system like yoga, which releases muscle tension, can improve back pain. As a whole-body system, yoga develops body awareness and places emphasis onalignment. This means that the proper location of each body part (feet, knees, hips, spine, shoulder, head) affects all the others. Ayurveda also names three elemental substances, the doshas (called Vata, Pitta and Kapha), and states that a balance of the doshas results in health, while imbalance results in disease. One Ayurvedic view is that the doshas are balanced when they are equal to each other, while another view is that each human possesses a unique combination of the doshas which define this person's temperament and characteristics. In either case, it says that each person should modulate their behavior or environment to increase or decrease the doshas and maintain their natural state.

Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy used to create subconscious change in a patient in the form of new responses, thoughts, attitudes, behaviors or feelings. It is undertaken with a subject in hypnosis.[1]Most people experience some form of general anxiety at various times during theirlife.  Anxiety is perfectly normal before an important job interview, for instance, or anexam. It’s when anxiety takes over a person’s life that real problems begin. Sometimes anxiety causes sleeplessness or excess of sleep while stress also causes bad dreams. For some people anxiety leads to depression and thoughts of suicide. Hypnotherapy helps people suffering from anxiety by equipping them with tools, such as positive visualisation and physical relaxation techniques, to manage their symptoms and reduce the onset of anxiety. He Conduct Workshops and seminars worldwide based on pure science of Yoga (non religious scientific approach) and health psychology topics of relevance.
